Can I do it on a cruise stop?

Only if your ship is in port for the whole day. The boats from town leave between 08:00 and 09:00 and come back seven to nine hours later; the RIB days start with a bus before dawn and end in the evening. Compare your all-aboard time with the tour’s return before you book.
